Flecks Systems developers have been in the surfacing business for over 35 years, starting out as an installation company installing many types of resinous floor systems. Beginning installing rubber safety surfaces over 25 years ago they quickly discovered the pit falls and problems with the rubber systems being used at that time.

Being formulators of resinous coatings, they immediately went to work to create a rubber system which would withstand the harsh outdoor environment. After years of research and development, in 1998 they were proud to introduce the first light stable ThermoPlastic rubber into the industry called Nu-Crete, later changed to Pebble-Flex.

With Flecks systems advanced technologies we are now proud to introduce our second generation of ThermoPlastic rubber called Flecks®. This state of the art rubber is the only true granulated ThermoPlastic rubber on the market today. The Flecks® system consists of Play Flecks® using a patented cushion system, Water Flecks® for spray and water parks, and Deck Flecks® for patios and pool decks.

Play surface has been installing various forms of safety surfacing for Splash Pads, Aquatic Areas and Playgrounds for over 10 years in the Southwestern United States. Our familiarity with the different types of surfacing available as well as the challenges each type can have allows us to have a unique perspective on distribution as we are not just selling products, we install as well. This allows us to have knowledge from start to finish.
